Casa Curativa Registration & Cancellation Policies
At Casa Curativa, we understand that sometimes circumstances change and you may need to adjust your plans. We appreciate your understanding of our policies, which allow us to honour our teachers, facilitators, preparation time, resources, and commitments made on behalf of participants.
By registering for a Casa Curativa Apprenticeship, Course, Workshop, or Online Course, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined on this page.

Registration & Payments
A deposit is required to secure your place in a Casa Curativa Apprenticeship or Course.
Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred according to the Transfer Policy below.
Deposits and payments are specific to the registered participant and cannot be transferred to another person’s registration.
Full payment must be completed either 60 days or 30 days before the start date as detailed in your invoice.
Where payment plans are offered, participants agree to complete all scheduled payments according to the agreed payment schedule.
Enrollment in a payment plan represents a commitment to the full tuition amount. Cancellation of participation does not automatically cancel remaining payment obligations unless otherwise agreed according to this policy.
Payment details, deadlines, and available payment plans will be outlined in your Enrollment Agreement and on your invoice
Waitlist Deposits
If you submit a deposit to join the waitlist for a Casa Curativa Apprenticeship or Course and a place does not become available, your deposit may be transferred as credit toward a future Casa Curativa program within 18 months of the original payment date.
Waitlist deposits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another participant.
Transfer Policy
We understand unexpected circumstances can arise. Participants may request to transfer their enrollment credit toward another eligible Casa Curativa Apprenticeship or Course according to the following timelines:
More than 60 days before program commencement: 100% of deposits and payments may be transferred as credit toward another Casa Curativa Apprenticeship or Course.
60-30 days before program commencement:
50% of deposits and payments may be transferred as credit toward another Casa Curativa Apprenticeship or Course.
Less than 30 days before program commencement: No transfer of credit or payments will be available
All Transfer credits must be used within 18 months of the original program start date.
When transferring into another program, participants are responsible for:
Any difference in tuition fees if the new program has increased pricing
Completing payment in full before a place can be confirmed
A maximum of one transfer is permitted. After this time, any remaining deposits or payments will be retained by Casa Curativa to cover preparation, administration, and commitments made on behalf of participants.
Transfer requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to program availability.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your participation in a Casa Curativa Apprenticeship or Course:
Cancellation more than 90 days before program commencement: 100% refund of any payments made, less the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellation 60–90 days before program commencement: 75% refund of any payments made, less the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellation 30–60 days before program commencement: 50% refund of any payments made, less the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellation within 30 days of program commencement: No refund or transfer credit applies.

Registration & Payments
Full payment is required at the time of registration.
Your place in a Workshop or access to an Online Course is confirmed once payment has been received.
Payments are non-refundable.
Payments are specific to the registered participant and cannot be transferred to another person’s registration.
Online Course Policy
Due to the digital nature of Online Courses and immediate access to course materials:
Online Course tuition is non-refundable.
Cancellation by Casa Curativa
Casa Curativa reserves the right to make reasonable changes to program schedules, teachers, locations, or curriculum when necessary.
In the unlikely event that Casa Curativa must cancel a program, participants will be offered either:
Transfer credit toward another Casa Curativa offering, or
A refund of payments made toward the cancelled program.
Casa Curativa is not responsible for personal travel expenses, accommodation costs, or other expenses incurred by participants.
Travel & Personal Arrangements
Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel, visas, insurance, accommodation (where not included in the program), and personal expenses.
Casa Curativa is not responsible for losses, additional expenses, or inability to attend due to travel delays, flight changes, visa issues, border restrictions, illness, personal circumstances, or other events outside of our control.
We strongly recommend that participants arrange appropriate travel insurance and ensure they have all required documentation before travelling.
