Dream Scheme:
Improve Mental and Spiritual Health with Dream Work and Herbal Allies

In this Casa Curativa class, we explore dreamwork as a doorway into intuition, emotional insight, and deeper relationship with the subconscious. Alongside foundational dream practices—such as setting intention, improving dream recall, and working with symbolic language—we introduce herbal allies traditionally used to support rest, vivid dreaming, and nervous system regulation.

Participants learn about herbs such as mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris) and blue lotus (Nymphaea caerulea), long associated with dream enhancement, alongside other calming botanicals. Through herbal preparations, reflection, and journaling practices, the class offers practical tools for deepening dream awareness and working with the insights that emerge from the dreaming mind.

Meet Lindsay: Partner Educator of Casa Curativa…

Herbalist • Astrological Guide • Musician • Connect on Instagram

Lindsay is an herbalist, permaculture practitioner, and educator whose work explores the relationships between plants, people, and the patterns that shape both earth and cosmos. Raised in Michigan among the Great Lakes, her early background in entrepreneurship, leadership, and performance arts fostered a lifelong interest in storytelling and living systems.

After training as a yoga teacher and completing a Permaculture Design Certification in Guatemala in 2015, Lindsay pursued studies in natural medicine, nutrition, and aromatherapy before formally training with Sajah Popham through the School of Evolutionary Herbalism. She relocated to Lake Atitlán in 2020, becoming a key force behind Casa Curativa’s apothecary systems and operational development.

Known for her precision and organizational insight, Lindsay has helped design production workflows and quality control protocols that support the creation of consistent, potent herbal medicines. Her teaching weaves herbal energetics, physiology, astrology, and hermetic philosophy, guiding students to recognize the patterns connecting plants, bodies, and cosmic cycles through storytelling, somatics, rituals and experiential learning.

Casa Curativa’s Herbal Apprenticeship: Now Enrolling

The Casa Curativa Apprenticeship is an immersive opportunity to step into the living practice of herbal medicine. Apprentices work closely with the plants, the apothecary, and the daily rhythms of the land while learning the foundations of herbal preparation, formulation, and small-batch medicine making.

Through hands-on experience in the gardens and apothecary, you’ll deepen your relationship with medicinal plants while supporting the work of a functioning herbal school and community space. This apprenticeship offers a rare behind-the-scenes look at how herbal medicine is grown, crafted, and shared.

Ideal for those who want practical skills, real experience, and a deeper relationship with the plants while participating in the day-to-day life of a working herbal apothecary.
