Medicine Making for Healthy Digestion

1-DAY WORKSHOP in Spanish & English at Earth Lodge in Antigua

Students will walk away with an understanding of their digestive system and how it affects their overall well-being, plus hands-on experience in making food and medicines that promote good digestion.

Digestive Anatomy

Learn the key components of your digestive anatomy, and discover herbal allies to strengthen their functions.

Herbal Remedies

Understand common ailments of the digestive system and which herbs can help rebalance your gut.

They have a deep motivation to share the magic of the plants with the world. It is their vision that all people will feel the power and capability to make their own medicine.
